What custom figure can you create with just the head that doesn't involve the wheelchair or buying the whole figure?

I was after the head for a figure of Leto II from God Emperor of Dune. He's pretty much a face in a small sandworm's body at that point, which I was keen to try and make. Also, one of the best written scifi characters ever. McAvoy played him in that so-so miniseries so it seemed like a good head to start.
