Question: when you do restocks is it the entire figure that gets broken down? I was looking for the Mighty Thor body but looks like there's not one up even though I checked 5 min after your post. I'm guessing I was just too slow. Thanks!

It was there. I saw it when it was broken down. It just went really quick. The head was the fastest though. It was gone almost immediately

Yes, all the parts from the figure go up. (Unless I break a part which has been known to happen during removal).

Some of the parts for Jane are just in demand and went really fast.

Yes, unfortunately, yes. Hot Toys seems to be using them for all their new releases so far. We'll see in the future if it continues.
