E: (other)..are you kidding me? im having a hard enough time trying to keep up with the few that i get in 1/6th scale..lol...trying to do another scale...not gonna happen...lol

all kidding aside..in the last 15 years, i have customized and collected everything, in all scales...and trying to switch or add new ones at this point would just suck..lol...

C. I would like to get them but they are too expensive. 1/6 is already expensive enough as it is.

Congratulations Hehateme23 for winning the Toy Anxiety July custom figure random drawing contest!

Awesome! Thanks~

and C. They're too expensive.
1/6 scale figure are already putting me on the edge in terms of my own financial budget. 1/4th scale would not allow me to stay in the hobby (but I'm sure there are others who love this)

C. This 1/4 scale idea came at the worst possible time. At $200 for 1/6 figure, and a million figures coming out in the next year, I think most are priced out of the 1/4 game.

C. Too expensive. Even small pieces are going to be expensive i.e. $100 for a mask or gun accessory. They would be great for broken or replacement pieces if you already own them but at this scale picking up loose parts for customs is too cost prohibitive.

C. Too Expensive

Also there's not a big enough market right now in 1/4 scale to need to break these big boys down . Give it 5 years , by then the market will be saturated with 1/4 everything , just like now with 1/6

Congrats on winning AGAIN!!! Jack :hi5:

I don't think there is a big enough customer base to part out a 1/4th figure yet.

If you do decide to part out, what will happen (at least initially) anyone who buys the non-EX version will want to buy the exclusive item. In this case, Batman's empty mask. Endoskeleton's extra plasma rifle.

Then you're left with a lot of 1/4 scale parts and not a lot of people with 1/4 scale bashes to do.

Juding by the responses in the respective threads, some are very unhappy about the high pricepoint of the 1/4 line of Hot Toys figures.

For now, I recommend selling them only as "complete boxed" figures.

Congrats Jack!!

I would vote C. I know I can't afford them all and I am not sure if it would be really worth it to part them out since there are only a handful of 1/4 figures out now.

Dang, you caught me between entertainment funds. Missed out on an Amber head and now I'm going to miss out on Red Skull second figure items. :(

C: Too expensive! I am on the edge of being pushed out of 1/6 as it stands now. 1/4 is too damn big too to display. Finally there are so few 1/4 parts that trying to custimise a 1/4 would be a difficult and expensive prospect.

C as well..1/6 is so expensive i cant make the jump to 1/4

E

While I agree that they are [C]too expensive it is not a scale that interests me or that I would collect. They take up too much room and 1:6 is really the way to go IMO.

I'm just not interested in the scale, vehicles are next to impossible as are dio's.

I just don't feel 1/4 scale is necessary. It's awesome, but there is a very little I like to have just "one" of in my collection, and everything that is in 1/4 scale is in 1/6 scale anyway. The jump in size doesn't translate to a large enough change in quality either for me. It's cool, but just not needed.

C. Too expensive

Like others have mentioned, the hobby is getting really expensive and as much is I enjoy watching 1/4, the cost and space is an issue for me.
