HELLO! New to 1/6 scale collecting

Hi everyone, brand new to the world of 1/6 scale collecting thanks to my friends who showed me the BTTF hot toys collection. So I dove in head first. Purchased Marty and the Delorean and built a custom coffee table/display for it.

First I started by buying a coffee table from Target, the top was metal so I tossed that and just used the frame. Got a piece of sanded plywood and cut a 16x20 hole in the center for a piece of glass

Then I used a router to make sure the glass would sit even with the table surface

Next I stained and attached molding to finish the top

Next was cut and paint a bottom piece, painted it grey to simulate concrete and attached small LED lights if you look at the bottom

Then I added 1/4 think Lexan around all sides and BOOM. Sounds easier than it was. Took me about three weeks
