Help Identify This Please

Hello,

I found this tiny accessory on my floor today. I have no idea what it is and it's driving me nuts. It looks like a baby Alien or something. It's very tiny, around the size of a 7" figure fist. I don't think it's one of my Hot Toys figure accessories so it must go to one of my Neca figures, assuming it goes to one of my Neca Predators. Not sure which, or one of the 1/4 scale ones or what. Please if anyone can tell me who this belongs to I would greatly appreciate it!

i think its from hellboy 1, came with abe from the first series of mezco hb movie toys. is a embryo thing for those Samuel creatures. abe sees them during the underwater scene when they investigate the subway.
