All I can say is don't give up hope.

I love LIM products and their commitment to the subject matter, but the current situation is very unfortunate, not good for anyone, neither company nor customer.

It's not for me to say why things became the way they are, but nevertheless they haven't abandoned us. Everything's still progressing and looking amazing. Things we knew about and things we didn't. I'm stoked, and can't wait for the big public reveal of the status of current and future pre-orders.

In this situation pictures carry more weight than words, and should go some way to restoring faith in LIM. Everyone needs to see those glittering C-beams near the Tannhäuser Gate, and the attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion.

In the ideal world, that day would be today, but unfortunately the world has other ideas. Patience no doubt wore thin for most a while back, but it's the only thing we can have at the moment.


In context, companies like Mars or SooSoo tease many new products, and then you don't see them again for a year or more, if ever. LIM has shown far fewer, but figures like Connor will become legendary in the world of 1/6 collecting for the time between pre-order and eventual delivery.


Once things are on track again, hopefully LIM will be operating more like DID: put a pre-order up that's practically the production piece, and in a few months you'll have it hand. That's one way to restore faith.

For a quick second, I thought Axl's light-up phone was an Alexa bluetooth device, then he picked it up and I came back to reality. The last decade has ruined me.

Has anyone tried installing these? Cctoys printed them mirrored so i would have to install them sticky side up. Would it even work still? Any advice?

I remember quite some time ago there was a discussion re sculpts Lim vs CC. I’ve said that CC is so hopelessly outdated that you just have to go with lim.

Kinda surprising no one has tried to recast that CC Part 1 set. I had a set quoted for like £700 before buying a body for Ellie and I was like I’ll wait for LIM at that point.

Hopefully they do one better than what LSK is selling

for that price youre better off getting the toysera figures and having recasted heads from ebay painted to put on the TE bodies. Which reminds me.. srsly no update on ellie yet? This is taking forever

Yeah ToysEra seem to be really behind, their Ellie and FF7 Aerith are like 8 months overdue sadly. I’m trying to save money atm for before CNY in case these companies decide to throw them out between now and December and it’s invoice-ageddon

are those water slides? if so you can install them anyway. just apply some water slide adhesive and softener. done this on car models putting stickers from underside (like it suppose to irl). softener helps shrink the decal for better grip but use it sparringly.

nice try bruh, but i cant see much difference apart from the eye expression. cc toys is still great irl. dont make it sound like HT 00s vs HT 20s lol.

I see a pretty significant difference between the original and repaint. I think as representations of the ps3 game the sculpts look fine and stylistic. But repainted they look much better.

Agreed, its a great paint job and very obviously better than the original to anyone who has eyes.
