That looks like the Hot Toys Hell Cycle actually. I have the set and it looks pretty identical from what I can tell. Does it have a battery compartment on bottom and switch that lights up the front and back wheels and the flame by the handle bars? I just looked at mine and the only TM indication I see is right next to the switch it says TM Marvel but has no HT indicator. I like my Ghost Rider figure a lot. The Nicholas Cage portrait isn't bad either but I never display him with that. My only gripe is that the batteries in the neck wear out fast and then the eyes/head don't glow like they should. I gave him the flaming sword from Asmus' Witch King which looks way more bad a$$ then the dumb shotgun he came with.
I know Medicom get's a lot of hate because of bodys are usualy loose and smaller and have heard Q.C problems as they get older just like us real human's ha ha. I only own 2 medicom figure's ghostrider ,punisher . The GHOST Rider is decent figure but body is crap and thought about modding to hot toys but never done many mod's and have seen him modded to light up like hot toys version. Only reason picked up both dirt cheap and happy with my rider until i hunt down hot toys version next year. My medi punisher dont even display and working on a kitbash comic version. I hate the Punisher comic book sculpt is very out dated.
