Help matching color.

Attempting a fairly simply fix on a link figure, and will need just a few tiny spots of color fixing too. Can anyone help me match this blue? Like I said it'll only be a toothpick dab or two, but I don't want it sticking out.

Looks like navy blue.

Can you use a program like colorpic to pull the hex code of the color?

It'll be pretty accurate.

is it metallic looking? i got paint that looks like that. it is called mettallic blue sapphire.
