I've got the same problem, can you post a pic of how you fixed him?

Was it the leg that broke? Have you tried to take him out of the suit yet? If it is the leg it was really easy to fix but the suit is pretty delicate. Let me know what your situation is and i will see if I can get some pictures to help you out.

Yeah, both his hips, exactly the same as yours. At scarlets, ( and my mothers, bless her for beening an amature seemstress) Sugestion, i had him opend like yours was. HEHe. Mommy is even convinced we can re-stich him like he was originaly! YAY! :monkey5 Been after her to teach me to sew for a while, so i gues this is as good a project as any to learn on.

I got him out of the suit, and looked ar all his joints as well. they are full of cracks all over the place... and i know EXACTLY why. It's the red plastic.
I've had several japanese toys, transformers, robotec and macross valkaries, and severral other things molded in the red plastic... and they all break at stress points. I'm not sure why, perhaps it has something to do with a chemical reaction with the red dye when they make it, who knows.
Regardless, I plan to get a new Kai, and transplant the body over. I'm gonna keep the original arms below the shoulder, and the legs below the hip, as well as the original torso, but I'm gonna replace the rest.
Now i just need to decide wheither to get a Massive, or a regular Kai. Same price on both.

Careful, if you want to just swap the broken joint, they might not be the same although you could rectify that by just swapping the whole pelvis with the Kai/Massive.

So that is a viable option? I was considering doing that, i just was not sure it would work. Scarlet, since you have both, and they are readily available at your fingertips. are the added shoulder muscles on the spider man body the same as the added shoulder muscles on the Kai massive? Or will i need to swap those to the kai's shoulders?
I've got to replace the shoulder part of the arms, as they are covered in spiderweb cracks, and could shatter at any time. the rest of the arms seem to be fine however.

oh, i went for the Kai massive, BTW. Figured extra chest muscles could be useful at some point.

The Kai massive is the way to go. But if I missed anything, you can always swap the parts. The shoulder and thigh muscles are attached by glue to with a lil heat, they can be removed.
