That really sucks, man! I know how it feels because I went through the same crap 5 years ago with a nasty divorce, filing bankruptcy, and then oweing the IRS money afterward. Lost everything: house, car, property, etc.
So that is why I left my hometown of Las Vegas and moved to Atlanta to start a new life and new opportunities. It was a slow start, but I am finally back on my feet again.
So I guess the point is, don't lose hope. Things always work themselves out.

This is actually why I have been seriously contemplating moving away (to either New England or California) early next year. The only X-factor is that I also have 3 kids and it would be tough to be so far away from them.
