ok.. i know there are some serious highlander freaks on this board. its been at least 10 years since i watched this show so i decided to sit down and watch them all from season 1 to season 7. man this show brings back some memories... like i didn't realize that richie became an immortal in the beginning of season 2 but in a later season. im almost finished with season 3 and im addicted to it like crack!!! we need to get SS to produce some other characters from the series.

Yeah, I know its from the movie, but the series blew ass crack, just like every other post Highlander project.

Without the awesomeness of the Kurgan, its just a bunch of ass clowns running around with swords.

They had some great bad @$$ guys there.

IMO, the best episode is when Richie becomes a Highlander and eventually they had to fight against each other in order to be THE ONLY ONE !!!!

It wasn't stupid, it was whomever controlled the licence, was just that. A control freak. Toe asked Mat about it and Mat let it slip that he had already begun sculpting a Medieval Kurgan when the licensor pulled the rug out. The licensor is what we would term a 'Naysayer'. I just can't believe Sideshow were made to pull all images and info, on one of their lines, off the net. Some serious issues behind that.

alright i'm just about finished with season 4 and i will say that the episodes are getting better and better. there are a couple of filler episodes here and there, but i guess they have to do this with every show no matter what. my only problem is that they don't show enough of Richie anymore now that he has become an immortal. i know its "highlander" but he's been around since the first episode so why not show him winning a couple fights here and there??

I for one loved the series. I really liked Amanda, Methos, Joe & Richie. I think they lost it a bit when they tried to go all supernatural though.

alright im finished!!! watched the last of highlander today!!! i will say that the end of the last episode was very sad. its now one of my favorite shows of all time!!! and the supernatural stuff was a little weak, but at least the writers were trying something different.

Underrated show indeed. Some will like it, some will not. Glad you liked it. They don't make shows like that anymore

well, without spoilers... it started with an insane cliffhanger from the 5th season. and i mean insane... lets just say that someone dies. there's some demon he must face...then the rest of the episodes pick up like the others. and the ending moments of the last episode is a montage of the entire series with the Mcleod bagpipes theme playing.
