It really is amazing how fast Frodo and Sam sold out at Sideshow... once this project got underway...

I just told them that I needed an extra Frodo jacket. I didn't lie or anything. They were kind enough to send me one.

By the way, check out the thread in the For Sale section. Quadcent has a bunch of hobbits on sale.

I got an email from them and they said they'd pass it on and get back with me in 5-7 days. Is that the initial response you got?

Toy Anxiety has some of the DiD hobbit clothing available. Would any of the Frodo or Sam clothing items work well as substitutes? I really can't see myself buying yet another Frodo just for his jacket.

I think they might be passable. I mean, they look ok and its definitely a cheaper alternative. I say go for it.

I picked up an extra Frodo exclusive recently on ebay (only $50) so now I'm set
for Merry and Pip.

I got my Sam today from sideshow. Now all I need is the other extra Frodo from Quadcent, then I can ship everything over to Pix.

I've got to get another Frodo and another jacket and I think I'm all set as well. I'm hoping Sideshow will sell me a jacket.

Well I thought I had enough of everything but the store I ordered Frodo from only had one of them. So I still need one more Frodo anyone have any ideas.

Well...for most people its going to be hurry up and wait...at least if you have any hope in using some of the more popular painters here. Its going to be several months just waiting for the headsculpt, add another 6+ for the painting.
