The Hawks have fans? The AHL Chicago-based Wolves hockey team, which is a minor pro league team generates a greater fan following. Also, unlike that Hawks team, they actually win games!

The only reason Chitown may follow the Hawks is because they are on the cusp of being a respectable franchise again, that should see a lot of playoff action within the next decade.

P.S. Loki, with Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane heading this newly rejuvenated Hawks team, you're in for quite a treat as a fan. However, if you're only there for the better days, then you sir are a no good wagon boy!

I've been a Hawks fan since I started following hockey when i was 10. I fell in love with the way Jeremy Roenick played and just started following the Hawks. They are my favorite sports franchise (yes, even more than the Sox). No bandwaggon here. I've paid my dues as a fan and am ready to reap the rewards of all those painful seasons.

Anyone who's ever paid me via paypal knows how big a Hawks fan I am. And my dog's name is JR after Roenick. Don't ever question my love for this sport or my Hawks.
