I loved the movie and I'm also very interested to have my own 12" figure of Holmes. But, like some other guys, here, that will depend of the price...

That said, have you ever thought about what body you'll use?
And why would you not also propose, along with the 25 figures in box, a few sets including a head, clothing and accessories, like some other brands or customizers do (Loading Toys, Serang)?

The body we are looking at is a Hot Toys Narrow Body. We are also considering offering heads and a few clothing sets with accessories also. But we are trying to work out the time and source all the material we need.

A Hot Toys narrow would be awesome, because I always switch my figures to those...and I have a feeling that would be really hard with this costume. Those are some great sculpts, I can't wait to see what happens!

Awesome sculpts, really dig the Potter head. I would suggest (to keep costs low) that you guys should consider using TTL bodies, they are cheaper than Hot Toys Narrow, and very tight jointed.

I know that people prefer a Hot Toys Narrow over a TTL (myself included), but like I said, this would help to keep costs low.

But yeah, don't stone me, it's just a suggestion :p

Granted this is just my opinion, but in the grand scheme of a full custom figure, I don't mind paying a bit more for the best body on the market. Maybe there can be an option?

WTF is whole point :slap

:cuckoo:

The price has already been set, in case you havent PM him. I doubt its gonna go down any further. I'd be really dissappointed if Im getting a TTL body instead of narrow HT for the price Im paying for it.

Ive replied to your PM Dude. Hope this helps? Yeah I agree with you all The Hot Toys Body is the best route to go. We are aiming for a very High end collectible here, more like a piece of art :lol

But thank you Cheungkinmen for the suggestion they are always welcome. Thats the point of this thread. Its not just our work here. Its everyones on this thread. We want this to be perfect for you all.

First, distract target...
[Holmes flicks a handerchief in front of his opponent's face]

Sherlock Holmes: Then block his blind ***, counter with cross to left cheek. Discombobulate.
[Holmes claps his hands over his opponent's ears]

Sherlock Holmes: Dazed, will attempt wild haymaker. Employ elbow block, and body shot. Block feral left, weaken right jaw, now fracture.
[a cross to the jaw fractures the bone]

Sherlock Holmes: Break cracked ribs, traumatize solar plexus, dislocate jaw entirely.
[Two more body blows, and a right hook to the jaw hinge]

Sherlock Holmes: Heel kick to diaphragm...
[Holmes finishes with a heel kick to his opponent's chest, sending him crashing out of the ring]

Sherlock Holmes: In summary: ears ringing, jaw fractured, three ribs cracked, four broken, diaphragm haemmorraging. Physical recovery: six weeks. Full psychological recovery: six months. Capacity to spit at back of head: neutralized.

Bring on this figure :rock

Greggo check your pm!!! Need this figure!!! The crucial element to this figure's success is the headsculpt. It will have to top HT's efforts. As seen with the recent Joker sculpt by imaresqd1, it is possible to do this.
