Do you guys print labels at home for shipping items? I would like to do this but I don't have a scale to measure the weight of a package...any recommendations on where to buy a cheap but accurate scale?
Do tell so that we may learn from your experience sir.Bodie The Cursed said:I share your issues, wants and concerns.. However w/ a recent sale gone sour I think my selling days might be over.. Still have a bad taste in my mouth..
Thank you Bob.jimmyjamesf said:Shipping scales can be found on ebay for less than $20 for one that will weigh up to around 75 - 90 lbs $30 - $40 that will do in the the upper hundreds.
Forgot to mention get one where the screen is away from the scale by a cord. I know that migh sound silly but if your doing bigger boxes you will never see the numbers on scale that will be under the box.
Dude, I have that EXACT same one and I love it! It's very accurate, has a brightly lit LCD display, holds the weight if the box is too big and obstructs the view of the display. You can't go wrong with it, I highly recommend it.El Roranous said:I was thinking about something like this...any one have this one and if so is it worthy?

one of our first scales we bought for shipping was like this one and it is still running so it was well worth the the extra money. The scale is a good size about a foot by a foot so it holds a bigger package better. Smaller scales you have to do the whole balance thing with a big box sometimes and that just not cool.
Thank you guys. You are super helpful. The ill Jedi said:Dude, I have that EXACT same one and I love it! It's very accurate, has a brightly lit LCD display, holds the weight if the box is too big and obstructs the view of the display. You can't go wrong with it, I highly recommend it.
