Well it does seem the Sarlacc digested all of his hair, which does add a touch of realism to his "survival story."

And to be fair, atomized and cut in half are more definitively fatal than falling into the mouth of a big creature that just digests you super-slowly.

I'm happy to see they didn't drag that out over several episodes. Just got it over with right out of the gate and hopefully will develope the character more in an enjoyable way.

If you look closely, it looks like the bottom of his left ear is.... missing. As if acid melted it off. I see he also has a pretty good diagonal incision across the bridge of his nose/between-eyes area.

This guy in Mythos-style armor. Make it happen, HT. When you do I am going to spazz out in the best Kermit fashion.

I can already see HT releasing a Fett with this beat-up armor, maybe even another with a headsculpt. Not only will HT have the Mando and his upgrades, but they will have the original favorite of many fans in Boba Fett. I'm sure we're bound to see some new things pop up with him. I know I'm excited.

If he does somehow put on his old armor again that might be fun to see, but honestly I'm really liking the idea of a Boba Fett with an all-new, badass look. And think that would make for the much more interesting figure.

I'm also wondering if we might get to see his Slave 1 again this season. A space battle between the Razor Crest and Slave 1 would be absolutely epic.

How cool would it be to see him boarding the Slave 1 again, just flipping all the controls...Temuera Morrison has a great face and conveys a lot with no words.

Fett in that beat up armor with an un-helmeted portrait...just take my money please! They really did a nice job with the drastic weathering of the armor and helmet. It would look awesome in 1/6 (or 1/4!?!?!) scale!

I picked this guy up when he first released but because my housing situation changed several times around that point, he's been in a box the past two years

I'm planning on getting a new detolf soon so I can display him and my other figures. I haven't been active on this forum since roughly 2016, so I haven't kept up with all of the mods people have done for this guy. Have people been removing the fatsuit like they did for the RoTJ Fett? What do you guys recommend?

Glad you'll be reuniting with such a pretty friend. Yes, fat-suit-must-gooo! Some re-dyed his flight suit to whatever their perceived more-accurate color is (not a knock, i did it, but there's so much variance between film lighting, color saturation, tint, etc). Some switched out hands w/ sideshow's less bulbous hands, or medicom's more crisp, better sized gauntlets. A couple different methods of covering the wrist pegs with such a big gauntlet openings - cut a hole for the hand end of the peg in a square of fabric and shove the excess up his sleeve, or i used fabric decorative ribbon to avoid the fabric weave being out of scale. A ground chalk/water weathering throughout, but especially on the flight suit below the knee. Whew, i think that's most of them. The simpler ones, anyhow.

Alright. I don't think I'll be dying the suit or anything, but I'll definitely be removing the fatsuit, and probably doing the fabric trick with the hands. Thanks!

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but based on photos I believe that Medicom's gauntlets may be smaller but have a fairly soft, dated sculpt? I picked up SSC gauntlets to swap out on mine.

(Haven't got around to it yet).

The SS gauntlets are smaller...especially the right one. But they have a nice sharp sculpt. The Medicom ones are near perfect scale wise but the sculpt is very soft...

How tough is it to replace the rangefinder on the HT bucket? I've made a few customizations to Fett, and I'm mostly happy with it but after someone pointed out that the rangefinder is about 2 times too long I keep staring at the darn thing... It's got to go lol
