I really like these two quite a bit, but I want Mando and Jango to be my two distinct shiney armors. This would just dilute the uniqueness. But they're cool, it's a good con release type item and reuse of the tooling, for what it is.

With the phase 2 helmet it actually looks quite good. Whether you need it depends on how accurate you like your troopers, and your feelings towards variants lol

I"m looking forward to putting this, the black chrome deathtrooper and copper stormie together to show the evolution of the trooper as a separate display

I think one reason I like the shiny chrome clone is because historically their designs were based on 1940s and 1950s futurism, with their helmets modeled after sports cars and rocket ships.

It also reminds me of the various Prequel Trilogy Nubian ships (which take similar design influences) so it feels almost appropriate to the era. I’m glad they went with silver which feels more tasteful than past ostentatious colors.

I don’t hate this, even if I still don’t like the Chrome/Porcelain line of figures. This one is the best of the lot by far, though the Death Trooper is alright as well.
