Well WB are planning Suicide Squad 2 – Black Manta is regular member of SS in comics, so I think his inclusion in the Aquaman film will probably mean he's in the team for the sequel... he's a great looking character, so hopefully he gets a figure!

Far more likely to get Mera and anything but the regular version of Aquaman for the solo Aquaman movie.

Don't think i'd be buying a Mera personally, but there should be two versions of Aquaman –*armoured and bare-chested versions.... the latter is the one i'd go for in my JL line up.

I think the odds are good. Cyborg was the one I thought they might skip but as others have pointed out the Chinese seem to love their robots.

Even if deathstroke is in the movie for 1 second , hot toys better make him. We got Thanos when he was in gotg for a second

Thanos is part of the MCU though. HT has a bigger love affair with the MCU than the DCEU.

I think the love affair is mainly based on cold-hard cash... the type Iron Man brings in.

Marvel have successfully found a fan-base that are not comic book fans... strange for comic book films, but the majority of their "fans" have probably never picked up a comic... It's those fans that are bankrolling HT MCU figures.

That said, I'd love to see actual sales figure for Hot Toys, as I see a lot of MCU figure on sale/reduced, which suggests to me that they are not selling as well as expected... probably through market saturation – I can see the appeal of mulitple IM figures, but how many Hawkeyes or Caps do you actually need/want?

Hopefully JL performs well... regardless I'm in for the entire league... I have Batman and Superman, WW to come, and I have a sneaky feeling that Aquaman will be a big hit with audiences!
