I would seriously consider picking this up if ever released. It would look fantastic with several of the OG Mando "ST helmets on stakes" displayed there.

Wouldn't be that hard to make really.

Well, they put out the BP throne. A molded plastic plate with some accessories would be reasonable as an accessory pack.

I'd definitely be in for this. I kind of thought it might be Sideshow when I first saw it since they'd done dio pieces in the past for Star Wars and a bunch of GI Joe ones that aren't too different from this set.

Nice piece. But we already know (for years) that HT is not doing this kind of stuff. It is there only to create interest.

Might be just the doorway if for some reason they make it. Walls are just set pieces to enhance it.

after watching them talk about it just now, I’m pretty convinced this one will actually come out and test the waters with how it sells. I just don’t think this one was a “set piece” that they sent to sideshow just to display two sold out figures

They actually are planning on releasing this. The way they talked about it and mentioning an RSVP for more info.... I don’t think I remember them ever doing that for other display pieces.

After seeing it on the SS Con, I'm definitely getting this, if released.

I would use it as a backdrop/display base for OG Mando, IG-11 and Grogu, replacing the stock sand bases.

It makes me feel like Hot Toys has seen the market for diorama pieces and they just wanted to make one to a) show that they can, b) get in on that market, and c) try to clamp down on some of those outfits by saying they make licensed dioramas.

I think this will end up in Howard's private collection only, but it also wouldn't surprise me if it's somehow released because Mandalorian.

I would imagine if we reviewed some of the older Con vids we’d see the same exuberance from the commentators on all the other boneyard figures shown over the years. I wouldn’t say anything they talked about in the video is a sure thing.

The only thing going for it is it’s from The Mandalorian. Any other movie/show and I’d dismiss it immediately. I give it a 20% chance of it showing up for preorder.

Interesting. Wonder what it would retail for ? That’s sureply the biggest hurdle. I love the jazzinc stuff and have some but the bigger stuff is a lot of coin.

Nowadays probably a huge issue and perhaps the biggest problem with this.

All bets are off when it has "Mandalorian" tag in it. I have never seen such uncanny aggressiveness, even quite obsessive from Hot Toys towards particular SW line like this before.

Who knows, could be because they had their not so good experience with the Sequels products and maybe they thought Mando will do right instead.
