Come on Hot Toys :slap
Give us a new and better Wonder Woman sculpt
I know it can be done. Just looks at the Prime 1 Golden Armor version statue.
Just make believe she is a Marvel character :D

Am I asking for too much?

Damn near pulled the trigger on a JL version a few times, now gonna hold off until we see more of this. I like the more vibrant colors, and it doesn't come with that silly oversized JL base. Might ultimately come down to accessories because the sword, shield, and cloak from JL are all pretty great.

Becoming a pattern on DC releases. Reuse the old sculpt and put new shiny color. So sad.

Good thing We might see other DC items like Batgirl.

Could be a place holder head. Then again, even if it’s reused, I sold my JL Wonder Woman, so I’ll definitely be picking this up.

Hope it?s a placeholder. We?ll see when they announced it around the time ww84 is release

It's very likely a placeholder sculpt for an early prototype so let's not jump to conclusions. If they really do put out this figure with the old sculpt well okay shame on HT.

Extremely tired of Hot Toys laziness. Asking ridiculous price tags for sub par figures. How is it that Queen Studios can get likenesses almost exact but Hot Toys cant.....oh yeah because HT stopped caring.

Queen Studios cost about 2k doesn't? Not sure it's a fair comparison.

I can't tell if that's the BVS headsculpt or the newer one they developed for Diana in the brown outfit from the training scenes.

I wonder what accessories will be included besides the lasso.

From what I understand the sword and shield won?t be featured in WW84.

Steve Trevor?s watch?

Yeah, that?s apples to oranges, not a fair comparison.

But I do agree being disappointed Hot Toys decided to reuse the same sculpt. Hopefully it?s just a placeholder like others have said.

For most of the Black Widow releases, Hot Toys seemed to tweak the sculpt with varying degrees of likenesses. It took nearly a decade, but the Endgame version has a pretty good likeness to Scar-Jo. I was hoping Hot Toys took the same approach with WW and we?d eventually get a great likeness to Gal.

I'd really love a WW in these brighter colors to display next to my BVS figure, but it'll only be worth getting if they dramatically improve the sculpt. And I'm not feeling overly confident that they will.

Now this is just insulting. We can only hope that it's just a placeholder.

This is disappointing but I?m moving away from HT anyway.

I know we are hoping it is just a placeholder but look what happened to JL Superman, the whole time we thought it was a placeholder but was just released with updated paint apps. That?s probably what will happen here, same old sculpt with updates paint apps.

They might re-use that sculpt but we shouldn't assume they will at this stage. At least wait for confirmation before losing our minds.

She doesn't use the sword and shield this time so other than the lasso and hands there will be no accessories to speak of.

The brighter suit is nice but come on, the only incentive to upgrade is an improved sculpt. HT must know that. The film seems to have a completely different feel to the old DCEU stuff meaning that old sculpt would be really jarring.

I'll just give them the benefit of the doubt for now instead of moaning about something that might not happen.
