Remember prof x from FC? Expendables 2 Barney? Chitauri foot soldier? What about Loki from thor with ice casket?

I'd say you can never write off an Avengers figure so the Chitauri is still a go. That Loki didn't happen only because he was being replaced by a different Loki. But yeah the others aren't from Avengers so just not a priority for HT.

I believe they're talking about the new Robocop film, not the figure line from the original.



If OMG says that Robocop is due any day now or the Chinese new year or whatever, I'd be inclined to believe him.


Robocop and ED-209 are the only things, other than T1 Terminator and Batman Returns stuff I'll consider. Too much **** coming out, too expensive, no space.

Thank god Robo and ED will only be at preorder stage. No way I could manage their actual release right now.

Due as in pre-orders, specs and pics, you know the works. Not Hot Toys banging them out for release.


They're not Enterbay. I actually like that it takes a while before the actual product turns up. You can take in and experience the specs/pics. Plan, budget, complain about things that aren't right, etc. With Enterbay, the figure is coming right out the door the day the specs and pics turn up.

I was actually hoping they would be quick with their releases like Enterbay.. especially with Robocop since it was ages ago they teased it. I prefer quick releases since planning budget for these figures isn't really an issue for me. 2 months is enough for me. 6 to 12 months.. too much. Pics and specs I can see before paying so not an issue for me.

They basically just showed us the whole figure line up for 2013 As it stands now they are backed up till July with the current releases if any thing these figures are likely to be show in the second half of the year. And as per their normal reveal process as the movie draws closer they will reveal more of that particular figure and with the final reveal after the movie has been shown.

I'm thrilled that I already have my Enterbay BD T-800 - and its fortunate that there isn't anything majorly off about it. In fact I think it could hardly be better at all. However, I do still prefer Hot Toys way of showing specs and pics months in advance. Because yes, if there had been something off about EB's BD T-800 there was no time for Enterbay to take feedback.

Just as I thought. The Iron Man was in 1/4 scale. But it's a bust, I was kinda hoping it was an unfinished 1/4th scale Iron Man figure..

I know you're talking about Enterbay, I don't know how they would respond to criticism besides being silent about it (like they were about the 1/4 Rambo eyes). But there was so much criticism of the DX12 before release, months before it too. I remember a certain John Robberts (was that his name?) who posted some good criticism of that figure... Nothing happened.

That works both ways though. At least with Enterbay what you see is what you get. Hot Toys have just as many times changed something for the worse.

There's pro's and cons to both styles really. At least with EB your less likely to lose a deposit because of a harsh drunk 2.00am decision...

It's very cool to see so much to come this year! I'm particularly excited about Ichabod Crane and the Prometheus figures.

However, I'm really disappointed we still don't have any word on a new SW figure!!!

Everything in that picture looks like Iron Man to me, what are you referring to?
