While I'm sure Jinx and Vi are shoe ins, I greatly prefer Caitlyn's Arcane look to her in-game one. Without a full line, I don't know who else I would be open to picking up (maybe Mel or Heimerdinger).

Yeah they do specially mention Jinx and Vi by name in their hashtags

The only way they go past Jinx and Vi is if they sell really well, and personally I don't think there's much market overlap. Hopefully I'm wrong about that, because I love Caitlyn.

They did the same with League from what I remember. Announced the Cosbabies of Ashe and Kaisa and then the full figures.

Good news is that this confirms we’ll get their S1 looks and not S2.
