I got nothing against BTTF, but I'm used to licenses like Robocop, Batman, Avengers and Expendables from Hot Toys. If this was Enterbay, I wouldn't have a problem.

Any of the following would have been a better choice;

*Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990)
*John Carter(purely a personal choice)

Now, obviously BTTF figures will be made and many people will be happy. I'm just personally disappointed.

Only two fro your list I'd have any interest in seeing.

But I do get where you are coming from.

I still have no regrets on starting my customs.
Same here. Even if HT matches the one I have in terms of quality and awesomeness (I'm skeptical), I'll still have been enjoying my great custom in-hand for probably 4-5 years before HT ever got their act together and made it happen. Unless you are a Marvel and Batman collector exclusively, waiting on HT is an exercise in frustration and anxiety.

I'll say 2-3 years. Though as long as they keep milking the Marvel/DC thing it could be even longer. I honestly believe that if we get anything it will be a miracle.
Well as much as some don't like it, it's hard to blame them for milking lines that are guaranteed money makers. I can't really talk too much either as I love the DC stuff and have bought a lot of The Dark Knight Trilogy line and will buy Man of Steel figures when they're announced.

I do agree though that it would be nice to see them equal it out a bit more though and not just see them mainly making things from DC or Marvel (particularly Marvel/Iron Man who they can't seem to make enough of). Although it was a nice surprise recently to get the Robocop announcements. I personally can't wait for the day we get a Back to the Future line officially revealed.

I agree. I dont mind all the marvel, dc stuff. I just dont see why its the only things they are doing. Robo cop announcement was cool, but they found a way to make it as expensive as possible by making it diecast. was interested till diesast. I havent gotten a figure in forever which is sad considering that I used to get 2 or 3 figs in a 2 month period

The only way we will see this soon is if enterbay comes out with there own first, then hot toys will try to one up them.

Any of the following would have been a better choice;
*Halloween, Friday The 13th, Nightmare On Elm Street(seriously, 1/6 horror icons. Why not???)
*The Good, The Bad And The Luigi/Dollars Trilogy(something I know many people have wanted for a long time)
*Die Hard
*Lethal Weapon
*Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990)
*John Carter(purely a personal choice)

I'm good on the Dollars trilogy, thanks. I think they'd have a hard time trying to beat IMINIME's Cowboy, anyway.

As much as I love horror movies Sideshow made all those figures already. The rest are just worse choices then BBTF in my opinion.

So how come Iminime won't take on BTTF has a project? Because HT has the license? They should just do it low key like the TWD figures. I think they would kill it if they made them.

I think you answered your own question. Denny's on friendly terms with the HT crew, and I don't think he wants to awaken the sleeping giant.:lol

That's a real shame too. I know iminime would kill at those figures. I just want a few figures from my favorite movie of all time, is that too much to ask? :rotfl
