So the Apollo rocky figure is not supposed to look like Weathers? never knew that, just thought they did a sub par job. I don't get why he'd decline, they made the figure any way.

I dunno either. I picked him up on the advice of a friend for a Dillon bash but was weary looking at the prototype. Thankfully, the likeness is there in spades and Dillon is standing proud next to Dutch.
