He's out in HK right now.

Sideshow showed him coming sometime within April, but he hasn't shown up on their "coming in the next 30 days" section of their newsletters for like 4 weeks, so it's uncertain when U.S. retailers will be getting him.

Taking their sweet time with this one......

Can someone post an image of the BSAA Chris wearing the Jacket the S.T.A.R.S. Version came with? I don't really understand why that version had that as an accessory while in the in the game he was actually wearing with the BSAA clothes at the beginning of the game.

Probably as an afterthought, that HT thought would expand and add more display/intrinsic value to the BSAA Chris release, but didn't plan it for the initial release so added it onto this STARS version.

It's a shame the other main character in the game isn't getting this kind of attention...

Ok the email was sent on the 21st, and the 16 day notice thing would be on friday. would they charge the sooner then that? If so I need to put some cash into the bank, but if they wait until friday then im good since its payday.

I just dont want any problems with them trying to take it out earlier and then I can't get my figure.

me too, i got my shipping notice for both stars chris and leonidas from viking playground. i usually get my stuff 3 days after so im about to have a pretty good week.

a little OT: how do viking playground pack there stuff? Is there enough room in the package for protection? Just curious as I like my boxes to arrive mint.

I got mine yesterday, this is the best version so far IMO. Really top notch, now I need to crack open my copy of RE:5.

They are pretty good. Usually they send the figure in its shipper box inside a bigger box, with foam popcorn.

The Wesker body does make more sense, since Chris wasnt that big in RE 1. The only problem is that the clothing was made for the buff body. It looks odd on the skinnier body.

yes and no, his undershirt sleeves look a little weird, but i think some creative sticthing, or sime use of fabric glue in the right place will fix that.

Hmmm... the Wesker might be just a bit too small for RE1 Chris. I'm thinking the Comedian/Wolverine body would be a perfect fit. Slightly muscley, but not Roid Chris just yet. That was going to be my plan originally, but I think I'm going to use the Comedian body for Barry now

Sorry for the incompleteness of the figure, but here is Chris' shirt and vest and a hand (the other wasn't in stock at TA at the time, but I got one coming now) on the COMEDIAN (wolverine) body.

As you can see, it works quite well. So I'll have a decent sized Barry. Now if I can just figure out the best way to turn that vest red, and then another yellow...
