I wish all normal figures got that flat rate. I was surprised when I got charge $21 for Vision, that was the first time it wasn't $10 for me.

There's not much reason for any cancelations at this point. The best shot is when people have to actually pay.

For waitlists conversions it's usually after a few times...when the NRD is due to start with. For whatever reason people order and have no money. And there are those that order and then cancel right away. Then when the figure release in Hong Kong or at a show. Some opt to not wait and order there so they cancel. Then when the figure finally starts to charge people either can't pay, or are cancel as they where waiting to deciede. I'm sure most people know this, but just in case. So the next shot is when this finally starts charging. I wouldn't count on a lot of converts though. But there's always a few.

Yeah, I am not counting on mine converting at this point. Will keep it on wait list though,
as I am in no way going to drop $400.00+ to get one from HK.

He is just not worth that much.

The regular version is practically the same, just by a custom BD shield.

Is it though? Im normally not picky about this stuff but it seems like the costume is a bit darker on this version. Could be possible we won't know until in hand pictures

It's hard telling without comparing this version with the regular but in reviews I've seen it doesn't look as battle damaged or dirty as I expected. I'm still glad I picked it up but I think I'd have been okay getting the normal version.

The Clipper King compared them in a video. The Civil War version is considerably darker.

On 6/7, someone mentioned put on wait-list on 4/18 and got converted on 5/5
It's 6/16 now, I put my wait-list on 4/22 and still nothing.
