Yep, I started getting a hold at the hub. Much easier.

I love this version but I think they should named this as "weathering version" instead of "battling version"

Got mine today. Wow! This figure is sweeeet. So glad I got it. Planning on posing it next to the Hot Toys Black Panther figure.

Man this figure is amazing. Definitely the definitive Captain America figure.

I got on the waitlist for this a very long time ago, but given that I haven't heard anything I'm not too optimistic.

Shame, but in the mean time I am really enjoying seeing all of your guys' pics.

This figure is sweet and I have the regular version on PO. I'm just wondering if there will be a noticeable seam in head sculpt with a removable mouth plates. The only other figures where I have seen this feature is in the Batman figures but the cowl really helps in that case. The Cap figure only has the helmet straps...maybe HT can use that to hide the seam. Should be interesting to see how they deal with it.

No seam. This headsculpt is a repaint of AoU Cap. Regular CW Cap will be the first Cap figure from HT to use interchangeable faceplates. And yes, the regular version's faceplates include the straps in order to "hide" the seams.

I have another couple months before mine gets here, but this one looks great. Love the weathered look, can't wait to get mine. What's the easiest way to get the shoulder patches off?

heat them with a blowdryer and peel

Does it leave any residue on the suit or does some fabric of the suit peel off with it? Or is it a clean peel?

Don't know I haven't done it but from what I read about others doing it sometimes it's a clean peel and others it leaves minor residue.
