Anything is possible but the significance of July 4th is an American thing. The company making the figure is in China. I doubt they give a rats butt about July 4th. People ordering this figure will due so if available 6/31 or 7/4. The only advantage is for US buyers to say cool Cap is available on July 4th.

Since Sideshow is the one putting it up for sale, I don't see where Hot Toy's origins come into play. Realistically HT could give a ____ when it comes out as long as it sells but they know that if they coordinate right, it'll be a huge blitz media wise, an byline on sites about Captain America available on July 4th on Sideshow.com which translates to sales. As long as HT gets paid I don't think they are above allowing SSC to handle the reveals especially when their Asian counterparts have no bearing and can do what they want. Putting it up on July 4th feels like a Sideshow type of thing.

Well said, I agree.

My gut feeling is telling me that this will be the first figure to equal or even surpass the Mark 1 in multi-textured details.

This will be a grail piece.

Superman will also be a grail because of CR and the movie itself which is in all our hearts.

Superman is also the complete opposite of Mark 1 and Cap, Superman is a simple yet elegant and graceful design, hardest part being capturing CR likeness.

Cap is going to be over the top with all of his seperate design elements coming together to make one amazing figure.

I have a feeling this will be my favorite figure! I cannot wait. I hope theymake a red skull too. It will be so sweet to have this version of Cap then when the Avengers comes out to have him next to the updated outfit of cap!.. so stoked.. cant wait for some images to be released
