It's not a matter of him liking the role, he's one of those strange actors that doesn't want his face on toys or any other kind of film merchandise (exluding items orginaly used to promote the film, like posters and such)

I can't provide you proof, but go ahead and look for a licensed product with his face on it, you're not going to find anything though.

It's too small for him too notice. If thousands of those shipped to Toysrus though you can bet his attorneys would be all over it.

A reputable company like Hot Toys would never do anything like that.

Hot Toys Reeves Superman and Keaton Batman would be great!

I loved both those films when i was a kid and would love to own Hot Toys versions.

Not to sure about that. Biliken Models in Japan produced several vinyl kits from the Tim Burton Batman movie during its initial theatrical run. Nicholson's Joker was one of them and the facial likeness was spot on. This was not a garage kit either, but fully licensed through Warner Bros. Studios.

Well we got Ghost Rider today. Rorscach was shown as a WIP along with Ghost Rider in that one pic, so I'm hopeful we'll see him at SDCC like we saw the Comedian for the first time.

Japan has always been able to get away with strange things. I figure Jack wasn't aware of his likeness being included in that japan only license deal.

Clint Eastwood is the same way. Not going to happen.

I wouldn't mind seeing a picture of this Joker kit if you have one.

I'm newer to the HT threads but was just wondering, Was there ever a tidbit or nugget of news that an HT Reeve Superman or Keaton Batman were being considered? or is it strictly fanboy wishfull thinking?

The Reeve is confirmed, but we still have Friday, Saturday and Sunday and Comic Con to see if there is going to be a reveal of this figure i bet before Sunday we will see Reeve in all of his Glory!!
