Well the movie might have had a lacklustre reception, but it still inspired HT to give us a very cool figure, so it ain't all bad-

I too didn't see the full film due to reactions from friends. And I work as a projectionist at a theater and can see it for free! What does THAT say?

You mentioned the Sam Worthington will be the first actor to have three characters he has played turned into Hot Toys. Well, it's a neck and neck race with Sly Stallone... having Rocky, Rambo figures already in hand and his Expendable character coming soon.

Which one will we see first The Expendable or the Avatar?

As a side note... I wonder why Hot Toys didn't just kick off the Hot Toys Avatar line with Jake in the wheel chair? That would have been an easy figure to put together.

Cheers guys, it was fun to shoot, but I got a few strange looks from other holiday makers, luckily the beach was reasonably deserted and I had my kids with me to at least make it look like I might be playing with them... rather than my toys.
