I was almost expecting late November !!

But instead we get some stupid Hawkeye Christmas edition.....how cringe !!

Look, kick Hawkeye back till after Xmas and give us Boba first: This is the Way.

I thought we were getting BoBF in late Nov, too. Bummer.

It sounds like a storm for the first half of 2022. Book of Boba starting Dec into January. Then comes Andor which will run 12 weeks and then Obi Wan in May or June.

That could be a lot of figures being announced. Meanwhile HT is trying to catch up and is pushing figures forward.

The thing I dont like about that Book Of poster is that his boots clash with the rest of his outfit now. Brown boots dont look good with the black flightsuit.

That was my initial reaction too. I just flat out didn’t like it as I thought the black gaiters were cooler looking. But I suppose it sort of balances out his gaunts and ammo belt and I’m sure I’ll be completely over it by the time we get that trailer.

He looks pretty damn awesome, but I liked his look in the Mandalorian better. The ragged robes in combination with the damaged armor just looks more interesting to me than a nice, new jumpsuit.
Going by this picture, I'm more than happy to have the Boba 2 pack from the Mandalorian on my shelf as representation for this character.

I'm reserving judgement until we see the armor in live action.

Although I am sure they had to change the "Mandalorian" costume due to continuity issues, I really really LOVE all B's looks from "Mando" and I'm very sorry to see them go. It looks here like the flight suit is no longer black, but forest green. My heart is sad, because B was born to wear black dammit.

*sighs* we're all gonna buy that figure anyways.

I know what you mean I keep debating between Armorer and DW Mando. I have Heavy Mando so Armorer seems better choice and the color contrast. I am still waiting for IG-11 as well.

Let alone deciding if I need to keep Lando, Shoretrooper, Hover Tank Pilot/Commander etc. I’m definitely keeping Deluxe Tython Boba, both Ashokas, Bo and Rex. Oh and Mando Luke gotta keep that.

Then it’s just a matter of waiting for Snowspeeder pilot Luke, Kuill on Blurgg, Moff Gideon and what else I can even remember for 2022. And that’s just SW! There’s still LOTR, thankfully that’s a bit more manageable because it’s way less releases.

Exactly. I too am collecting LOTR and it is still quite a number of figures per year.

I just double-checked and I've got "15" pre-orders, with two of them being 2-packs! (The Boba set and the Knightmare BM w/Black suited Supes.)

I have an insane amount of orders coming in 2022 between 1/6 figures and statues. I've just accepted that I'm going to be paying out the arse next year. I'm not going to panic until I end up wanting to collect the new Fett line like the past two seasons of The Mandalorian, but if the Fett line turns out like the Mando line...

I've managed to pass on a number of Mando series figures (some I may live to regret...) but like you said, if the Boba series is amazing, as expected, and provides us with some cool OT figures...

I have an insane amount of orders coming in 2022 between 1/6 figures and statues. I've just accepted that I'm going to be paying out the arse next year. I'm not going to panic until I end up wanting to collect the new Fett line like the past two seasons of The Mandalorian, but if the Fett line turns out like the Mando line...

I doubt the Boba line will get the chance to turn out like the Mando line, especially with Andor, Kenobi, Bad Batch season 2, and Mando season 3 all on the horizon. Plus Mando came at a time when there was no other Star Wars content (TROS doesn't count). I doubt even Mando season 3 will see half the releases the first two seasons have yielded. This will probably be the only time they go that in-depth with a new Star Wars project.

Yeah I'll be hosed for sure. I'll be one of those people who have the equivalent of an entire collection boxed up in storage.

I'm curious to see how it plays out. But you are right, it's hard to imagine HT being able to keep up with what's coming out the way they have with The Mandalorian.

The subtle changes in costume aren't enough to warrant another Boba purchase for me. Not sure how they could top the throne version. Unless they release

I think you'll find if you count the episodes there's pretty much a new Star Wars show every week of 2022.

Book of Boba : 8 episodes
Andor : 12 episodes
Obi Wan : 6 episodes (@1 hour / episode !!)
Bad Batch : probably 16 (based on previous seasons)
Mando S3 : 8 episodes

Total : 50 weeks of gloriousness !!!
