Yeah I'll stick with the original 5 with their black/red color scheme, they can be on their own or part of a Clone War display like that.

The first season had some great episodes (Bane, deactivating their chips, Gregor and the 2 parter on Ryloth) but had a few stinkers as well. I definitely want to see more of the early days of the Empire and forcing the clones into retirement.

I think I'd almost prefer figures of the characters in this armor. One thing about Star Wars figures, they often lack color. White armored stormtroopers and clones, brown Jedi robes, black for the Sith, white and grey Imperial officer uniforms. My display could use a little bit of color. I definitely don't think Hot Toys will make these versions though, unless it's Tech since they haven't made a prototype of him yet. Doubt they'll switch the Wrecker one now.

Also, I doubt they run into Sabine for these colors, pretty sure she's in diapers while this show is taking place. But I definitely like the color she brought and now that they have!

Ha yeah I didn't even bother to go to the timeline re: Sabine. But someone decided some colour was needed.

Then again maybe it's only for a couple of missions as disguise or something ??

Didn't think this merited it's own thread since they're just shorts, but I was wondering if there will be any merchandise related to the Disney+ Tales of the Jedi streaming this Fall. I will appreciate any new Christopher Lee/Count Dooku items, being that I feel HT missed the mark on their Dooku figure, IMO.

Glad you liked it and I know it has lots of fans. For me, the bottom of the head was too drawn and lacked the fullness of Lee's face at the time. Especially in the final product, very close though, but not quite there for me.

All I've read is its described as an anthogy series of shorts. Which means every episode/run of a few episodes are self contained stories or arcs. It is not a long running series with a continuous plot or storyline such as The Clone Wars or Rebels. It is more akin to Visions, or the MCU What If? Animated series Self contained episodes. The running time can be full length episodes, or even multiple episodes. At least I hope they are.

I don't think HT does 3 packs so at this point, I think they should just push the announcements by releasing 2 of the remaining batch as a 2pack and the other single. They have the box for a 3 pack though. The biker scout box can fit 3 figures in it

I think this is potentially more in the wheelhouse of Sideshow with their animated Clone Wars figures.....if they could get their **** together. But that won't happen at the pace they are currently working at.

Then again maybe Hot Toys will make a couple like the Marvel animated "What if...." figures. I guess it also depends what else is on their plate at the same time.

Honestly I like the idea of 3 extended episodes focusing on different Jedi. Ahsoka and Dooku is a cool start. Maybe after that they can do another six focusing on Qui-Gon and Plo Koon, and then a third run with Aayla Secura and Quinlan Vos. Would be neat to get some stories of other Jedi.
