Sung Kang has Korean heritage. So the possibility of him being made as 5th brother is very high. HT is an Asian company with their historical track of promoting Asian actors/actresses vigorously.

I'm waiting for wave 1.5 (Normal release with exclusive accessories). I hope there's a SW figure in that. These are the big hitters if HT follow last years model but it seems like it's heavily focused on Thor 4 this year.

I guess I'm somewhat still looking forward to SDCC reveals. Not that they always convert to pre-orderable figures, but that's where the real new figures come. It's just cool at this event to be able to get them in record time.

Getting the Armourer last year within a month or so was unreal !

So what's the verdict for SDCC re: Hot Toys figures ?

I say a battle damaged Vader surely has to be shown. That would appeal to everyone, and Hot Toys would make a lot of money. Plain and simple.

A lot of re-use as well, even better for Hot Toys business case.

Expecting that BD Vader to be part of Hot Toys Summer Showcase wave 2 and go up for PO during HCGHK.

Still hoping SDCC will be focused on AOTC and blow us away with main characters reveals. Bring back Celebration reveals and i'll be good.

Yeah, they could literally take a Vader head and an Anakin head, butcher the two and voila! I'd attempt it myself but I only have one Vader and one Anakin so I'll wait for HT to come through (wow, did I just say that?)

My hopes are BD Vader, Padme, Mace, and Grand Inquisitor tease. But at this point, I'll take what I can get.

I'm sure they will come through. It's a no brainer really imo, and they love Vader and money even more so.

I expect them to go the Iron Man Mark 85 route: Regular Vader first, BD version a year later.

Some awesome familiar faces.

Hope we get a few figures from the show; a couple more than just Cassian at least. A lot of potential, though perhaps some interesting enough for Hot Toys.

Would love to see more uniformed Imperials. It’s a shame they’ve not made that many.

As far as inevitable troopers go, I’d really like to see what looks to be Imperial Army soldiers. Really great to see the Mudtrooper design but appropriately clean.

Really hope HT finally gives us Cassian, Saw and Two Tubes ! Mon Mothma would also be pretty sweet.
