I'll buy a Mon Mothma. I can't see what's Saw is wearing in the trailer but I hope it's that dark green armour he had. It make sense since he was already wearing it in Fallen Order.

Saw had a decent looking costume in Rogue One but his scenes were some of the worst parts of the film. Boring nonsense and Whitaker over-acted. Replicating his costume would require a significant amount of work and HT loathes doing Star Wars human head sculpts. Honestly I would prefer a Two Tubes figure.

I bet HT makes a Cassian that won't go well with the RO figures(I don't want that) and a couple different trooper variations. This is what Star Wars is for HT now post Mandalorian season two, the occasional lead type character and lots of troopers. Basically as little effort as possible is what is being allocated for Star Wars nowadays.

Having sold my Rogue One figures because they wouldn't make Baze, I'm out for just about anything from this show other than Two Tubes, who just looks very cool. I'm sort of relieved that I might get a break from HT purchases for a while...

I'll be getting a break too, and probably a semi-permanent one. I'm not selling everything off and declaring that I'm done like some people do but post Mandalorian season two I'm mostly reverting back to collecting OT figures with the occasional exceptional outlier like Cad Bane or Thrawn. The OT is a very slow drip now and frankly I don't want to financially support a company like Lucasfilm who hates Star Wars fans. Time to save more money and do some home improvements with my discretionary income.

Yeah I doubt this show will have much for me from a figure standpoint. It could be a really well done show, it even has the makings of greatness from these clips and trailers, but I don't see myself jumping on anything unless they reissue a Krennic or Tarkin.

Would be down for Mon Mothma, Saw and Cassian.
Would love that female Imp all dressed in white.
Curious to know more about Skaarsgard' character

Looks like there is a Shoretrooper repaint for Andor Black Series. I wonder if HT will do it since the current versions are on steep discounts.

The variant is beyond cheese if you ask me.

I guess brie or camembert if we're talking cheese.

Yeah it does look a bit like someone forgot the paint or just hit it with a white primer rattle can.

I have always been a bit of a "hater" of the Shoretrooper look. I skipped the original HT figure but later picked up a couple grunts and whatever rank the second blue guy was. To be honest I was a little disappointed in the printed on weathering(looks kinda like someone used a pencil) and I really dislike the rubberish hip armor on the grunts, it should be hard plastic plates like the rest of the armor.

*Shoretrooper rant over*

Squad Leader. I'm amused you have figures of troopers you're not a huge fan of. To the point of not caring about the rank.

A little surprised actually; you seem to be more about carefully curating your collection based on what you like for certain.

I kinda like the more clean look of the grunts but I'm just not completely satisfied with HT execution. I go back and forth between beach patrolling imperial troopers are kinda cool and then back to why not just have Sandtroopers patrol the tropics. Someday I might build a little diorama for them. It's a hobby I want to pick up when I have more time and hopefully more space.

I thought the graffiti like paint of the original Shoretrooper was too busy. I do sometimes regret passing on HT troopers. The space cop trooper from Solo and the Remnant Troopers are figures I regret passing on a little. Wish I had bought a pair of each.

When it comes to Star Wars figures I think buyers remorse is preferable to regret :lol

That is very true. I do find buyer's remorse rare to begin with, but it's certainly usually less headache and less costly than the regret of passing on something.

I think it's alright if you passed on the Remnant. I had 4 but scaled it back to 2. The weakest Stormtrooper they've done I think as far as weathering goes; just looks too unrealistic. I do like the Patrol Trooper a lot though.

Actually living in the tropics, I will say the Shoretrooper for me personally is a lot more believable as a coastal defense trooper than a Sandtrooper. Having armor that's less bulky and none on the legs except for the shins is far more comfortable, especially if you might get both wet and sandy instead of just sandy.

I passed on the Remnant because of the weathering and also because I hate the Rogue One Stormtrooper design. Still I am going to have a rather robust Mandalorian display and I love the scenes with early bounty hunter Din transacting with a sect of what remains of the Empire post ROTJ.

And the figure itself is technically inaccurate since they had RO prop armor but ANOVOS ANH helmets.

Agreed, really cool build up to meeting The Client. Wish we could get a Werner Herzog figure to recreate those scenes.

Just stick a pair of Mandalorian Stormtrooper Squad Leader/Commander figures in the display as a substitute. Open a couple of wet teabags on them and it'll look the same as the Hot Toys Remnant TKs.

White stripe, white shoulder bell, new holster, and new matching tan colored blaster.

Guess they can take all the unsold Shoretroopers in Asia and repackage them as a new Andor variant.
