I dunno, considering HT Supes alone was $180 I really have a hard time believing this wont be double that price, star wars licensing and all that

I am still guessing $340-360 reg ed w $375 - 390 w head - hope I am wrong

Why do people feel the need to inflate the price of collectibles

If we've gotten an official MSRP that is what it will be... When Sideshow puts it up the price is usually the same as the conversion rate or within +/- $10. Sure this is two figures in one, but the DX Bruce Lee was $225 if you went with the exclusive 2-body option and came with a ton of stuff.

$300 is still a sizable mark-up even compared to the $250 Indiana Jones figure.

Also, aside from the differing sculpts and some distressing of the costume, they are both the exact same figure. $300 easy.

Its more than fair IMO to expect this or to have expected this to be more than $300 easy. Its Star Wars which we know isn't a cheap license and you've got multiple parties to which I'm sure everything needs to be split. Plus then you have to factor in all the stuff that it comes with. The fact that its coming in below $300 is fairly surprising.

Right after seeing that I don't expect it to more much more than $10 above that. Now, having said that I think you could very easily see a situation like we did when the SS line started. Luke came out at $50 and things went up from there. Could always see a price increase within the next couple of figures. That again wouldn't shock me at all just as if this had come in over $300 to start.

There hasn't been a MSRP in Dollars yet!!! Conversion isn't always the basis, some end up costing more in Dollars despite the conversion from yen equalling less
