I told myself I would get half. Now I'm considering paying high to get the damn Vader head.

Only way to get that damn Vader head though... unless I wait for ebay. Considering the Vader head alone will sell on ebay for over $100, it does seem like a small price to pay to secure one though.

This is the only reason I bought through SS. Usually go through AE or BBTS... I prefer the double packaging that they do. SS just uses the shipper and gets all dirty, a little damaged with shipping labels all over it!

So ghetto!

Ur right about just pulling the trigger with SS even if u only originally wanted half plus the Vader head. In the end it will cost u less than buying of eBay or elsewhere. Good luck breaking this set up though.. If I had to I would just keep the damaged body with the clean head and hair. If I had to that is..

But yeah, it's annoying... but I had to give up on collecting shippers long ago. Even flattened they take up way too much room.

I'm still carrying around all my boxes... which is coming to the point where I either need to flatten them out to save them or toss 'em completely. I'd have an entire closet if I could part with them.

I like both figures but I'm really running out of space. As awesome as my new apartment is, its too small. If I don't unload the damage version, it will at least reside in the box.

no, no... the shipping cost from SSC (fedex) is too high for me. I have to buy my figures from a local dealer, and that way I get the "normal version", and no the exclusive.
I'm really excited for this figure, for me is a dream come true, just like the keaton bats. But this one, DAMN, so many great poses... and if the next SSC vader turns out great, I may need another BD luke to the "I'm your father" scene jaja
but I'm just dreaming, maybe I just get one

It never does at this point, but the money adds up. I live in California, so the tax plus the higher price from SS comes to about 30-40 bucks per figure.
