Ill be annoyed if I don't get it by the end of THIS week...I'm like an hour away from SS...and about 1/2 hour away from San Pedro where customs is illegedly holding up the shipment. I'm about to go bust open the container, grab my Luke and run...

My final Flex-Pay was supposed to go through today but I wasn't charged. I called to check the status and there was an incorrect number on my CC so "no-charge". I asked if I could correct the mistake over the phone and was told I had to do it on the computer and they couldn't process the card again for a week as a "courtesy" for the customer. WHAT THE H--L?

Longest delay EVER and then another week added to the pile? What happened to the good ol' days when you spoke to CS and if you had a problem they fixed it for you? This girl I spoke to sounded like she was reading from a script.
