Additionally the shot with in the X-Wing gear is pretty sweet as well.

This figure looks soooo good.

I hope they do an X-Wing Luke down the line. I could see them making him a Con Exclusive or something.

Ordered on day one in November 2011 and won't be getting until the 30th of this month. Shipped yesterday.

so... my regular version cost me aprox. 350 us, if I get the Exclusive version, it will cost me 700 us (thats for me...customs/shipping). But I manage to get a luke/vader head for 80us, shipped and all
I know it may be expensive for you, but for me is great!
you should be thankfull to live on the USA

my only option is ebay for this, of SSC with fedex... that is almost the same...
customs and shipping for me are very high.

Yep. Cool find Vice. The headsculpt is too bad ass for ANH Luke.

Yep, too badass and a little too mature looking. ANH Luke is really pretty freshfaced by comparison. I still think Trevor's sculpts with a repaint can be spot-on.

Definitely want to do something like that. Any thoughts on how secure the Weather Vane is? I'd be a bit worried about it breaking or eventually dropping Luke from 8ft in the air

Yup!

I emailed CSC. They have yet to receive confirmation of their order, so they're expecting them next week, Monday at the earliest (if SSC confirms their order today).

I'm really hoping for Monday, but I don't know if CSC got confirmation on their order yesterday or not. I don't understand how AE could get theirs on Monday and not CSC considering the proximity to SSC.

Agree. SW Luke was pre accident, of course, and his hair was parted more toward the middle. Jedi Luke had shorter, neater hair. HT did a solid job preventing us from bashing ever other version of Luke, that’s for sure… Though I would like to pick up an additional head for the eventual SS Hoth Luke.

Dammit. Those pictures are awesome. I passed on Luke without hesitation (just cos I don't love the character), but all these photos are stirring up a real conflict in me! That clean head sculpt looks great and I'm actually really impressed at how good it looks in all the other outfits. There's something about that stern, determined expression that really works for so many different scenarios.

I've been really good this year with my buying. My "best" year, in fact--only two figures all year! Honestly I've been trying to get this habit (addiction) a little under control and I'm proud that I've managed to control myself! But damn if this Luke isn't testing my resolve! Gotta be strong!

TBH, I do not think we will ever see a better ESB Luke... and if we do it at least won't be for many years to come. Just from the pics I've seen (not having him in hand yet) nothing released in 1/6 Star Wars previously released can touch this one
