lol, I wish that was the case, my card has been charged and money taken out since last wednesday with no Shipping notice yet...

At least the Sideshow status says "Shipping soon". Apparently this means it's within 72hrs of shipping! hopefully I get it next week some time!

I am in the same vote. I placed my order when this first came up for preorder back on Nov. 2011. No shipping notice yet. Item in my cart still says Item shipping soon since last week. This really sucks!
