Gahhhhhhh...Sandy has had mine stranded in North Jersey since Tuesday..looks like Monday I will get it now...and yes I am in NJ as well..but I still want my dollie.

Got mine and the box has all kinds of crushing on it. Called Sideshow and they have no boxes to replace it with so I'm pretty much stuck with an F'd up box although they will offer me some sort of credit but that really isn't good enough to me. For $300 you'd think they could've been shipped with some kind of styrofoam protection to prevent this.

Agreed somewhat..but the shipping industry stinks anymore. Postal Service is the worst..I wont ship anything through them. But we all have seen the care that UPS and Fedex take with our packages...not all but some..its ridiculous.

My beef isn't with the industry but more with the lack of give a damn from Hot Toys in the way they pack their items. I mean a plastic bag over a $300 item with a box that was clearly made to be a part of the deal and not just a container? Then for SS not to be able to get replacement boxes and offer credits really doesn't set well either. Sure, the credit will be nice but doesn't change the fact that I've got an effed up box that I can't display.

If I wasn't a completist, I'd probably return it on principle.
