Is there anyway to know how long the waitlist for the DX is? I know it sounds like a dumb question but I once saw a list on thread of people waiting on a Sideshow waitlist

Waiting all day but he finally arrived just a little while ago. Looks GREAT so far, literally just opened. Very happy I decide to splurge for the EX. I got a "Luke" too, not an "Uke". Definitely looks great in scale (in hand).

Since its dark and raining I may not fully remove him until daylight tomorrow. Gives me something to dream about.

Yeah, I just joined the waitlist. I might have gotten scammed on evilbay for my original one. I guess you live and learn, hopefully the seller is being honest. I am being told it's stuck in customs still on a ship having troubles from the hurricane on the Florida cost. Seems like an awful long time to be in customs

Now that's a thing of beauty! It's nice to see the Vader with it for scale.

I'm almost done with the weathervane background! It's full widescreen so I'm trying to crop it just right.

Well it seems I was right about this ebay seller. He has stiffed a lot of people by taking pre orders and disappearing into thin air.

I have contacted all of his buyers on eBay and everyone of them have had their money taken and not received any items.

The sellers name was Mystery Man when he sold the items and then he later changed it to Hong Kong Express. He is based in the UK.

It's been over a month and a half since any of his buyers have heard from him and most are in the process of claiming their money back from credit card companies as he stiffed a lot of people on their 89 Batman, Spiderman, Joker 2.0 and Bespin Luke.

Unfortunately my credit card insurance only covers me for 60 days and that timeframe has long passed so my $160 is gone.

Just a friendly word of advice....avoid this guy.

I might have the same thing with different ebayer. I paid 180.00 under some impression the seller needed money, asap and had the figure prepaid. He swears they still haven't arrived from Hong Kong, but is selling half a set for a "friend". I really hope he is being honest because I would have just paid full price for the Ex but waited thinking I had this one. I do have all the corresponding emails saved, but don't know how much longer I should wait to start getting on his case, he has always responded to me and has over 400 positive transactions.

You know, I really dropped the ball with using this idea. I could use this background to recreate the Emperor's ROTJ throne room.

I got my Vader, Jedi Luke, I can get this background, one problem I missed out on the SS Emperor!
