Actually when you think about it the DX01 was a 2.0.

At this point, I'm wondering if they are stopping the line for awhile. The lack of an announcement in over a year is strange.

14 is weird number to stop on. As was the figure choice in a way. Joker, obviously a DX worthy character, but a pretty obscure version of him that some people couldn't even remember from the 89 film.

Yes... To me tat was a bummer... Great figure but just a bummer... It's been almost a year now and nothing new on dx. I am quite sure it will be batman returns at 75 years completion now...

I'm not sure that there would be a great figure to stop on. I have 14, and I think it's a beautiful figure, but I agree with you, it's very niche.

I'm hoping it's just on a break, and maybe it will be Batman Returns version or Anakin. If it's Marty mcfly i'll be happy for all the people waiting for him, but it might be the first DX figure I'll pass on.

At this point, I don't think we can look to Hot Toys for the classic older characters we want. I'm dying for Hudson, Hicks, and the rest of the Marines from Aliens, but I don't see Hot Toys having the time to do them. I wish another company like DiD could do them. They are great at doing Military figures.

Don't this Mcfly will be a DX as much as ide love to see him as one! I think MMS will be what they use, I'm hoping for batman returns or anakin also but at this stage I just want to see some sort of News on the DX in general!! Been so long

I'm pretty sure Hot Toys said it will be DX. Not that their word is worth much now, but that seems to be the consensus around here that it will be.

At this point, I don't think we can look to Hot Toys for the classic older characters we want. I'm dying for Hudson, Hicks, and the rest of the Marines from Aliens, but I don't see Hot Toys having the time to do them. I wish another company like DiD could do them. They are great at doing Military figures.

The marines are on my want list but they wouldn't need to be DXes. PERS wouldn't seem necessary for them.

I had a dream last night that the next DX figure was an improved Indiana Jones figure. The figure had sculpted messy hair, I kid you not.
