So i just saw the two ripleys in person. Both have rooted hair and the ALIEN one looked like she had PERS so dx maybe.

Don't be surprised if a flamethrower is not included. Sigourney Weaver only grants her likeness rights if there are no weapons with the figure/collectible.

I think that is kind of an urban legend. She def is in the anti-gun camp, and it looks to have been true I with that model kit long ago, but in her CalgeryCon panel she was asked about action figures and why it took so long to sign off on some with her likeness and at no point did she bring up her gun politics. I'd be shocked if her figures all shipped weaponless at this stage. I think she "gets it" now for what figures like this represent (and it aint a bad example for children).

Side note, I guess people are saying that is a torn in half bishop at the feet of the loader. Anyone else see it? I see something...

that’s true but it does look like the Neca space suit Ripley has her harpoon gun so one can hope

Aliens Ripley should look fine with rooted hair since it's shorter...though, of course, we'll have to see up close. Alien Ripley looks great in that far shot, but she'd be the one with finicky curlier hair. Time to get the water/gel and toy brushes out

I'm not sure I have ever seen any licensed figure with her likeness.
