1/6 Hot Toys - Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back: Lando Calrissian (Bespin version)

Sorry guys, I understand that there may be some critiques on the sculpt but it is overwhelmingly obvious that it’s BDW/Lando. Yes, the lips may be off but it’s Lando and you’d instantly recognize him as Lando. It’s a good figure, an iconic character from the series, and I’m looking forward to getting it and not just another generic, helmeted army builder.

If you pretend he literally just started talking, the lips really aren't off at all.

I know what you mean about pleather, but so many good figures have it, so I just put A3 protectant on them every few months and hope for the best.
Lando was pre-ordered week one for me.

For everyone clamoring for Bespin Han, Bespin Luke, or more characters from the OT, taking a dump on this figure is going to make that a more than a long shot. If OT figures don’t sell, expect more trooper BS for eternity. This seems to be the norm now with SW lines in particular - massive reuse and tons of troopers that dominate the waves. If you want 1:6 collecting to be clones clones clones and more clone variants, have at it. Seems like a total waste to me.

See I'm convinced it is the exact opposite, the more we beg the less likely they will make what we want. They even teased the batman 3 villains and nothing, platoon elias, making dutch and billy from predator and stopping there. Not to mention all of the figures they have shown and never officially announced. The list can go on and on.
