True. I think in 1979, the old Star Wars Club (or whatever it was called) released a newsletter "magazine" that included a sketch of Boba Fett with lines pointing to the various weapons on his suit (flamethrower, exploding darts, etc). I remember dreaming of what he would do in ESB.

Yep I remember thinking he was going to be an awesome character and that he would use all of his gear. I was disappointed that he didn't but Boba Always had a cool look.

This should come with a 3 3/4" boba kenner-ish take with rocket firing jetpack. Team up with Hasbro just this once. And they should actually make it, not just the proto.

That would make Irish Jedi's prison term even more tragic if they released a rocket firing Boba Fett. Then he wouldn't have to play hide the rocket in prison.

Hasbro did finally do a mail-away version a few years ago.

But if you want the Boba Fett that Kenner teased back in the day, do yourself a favor and track down the one made by Pro Custom Figures. It looks just like the one we never got.
