Who knows I couldn't wait so I got him with OSK but if the price is lower at SS I'll probably get it there also and just have two or cancel with kit.

Does anyone know if OSK preorders generally end up being cheaper for US customers (assuming no reward points are being used for either)? Or is it really a case by case basis?
I've ordered all my HTs from SS, but as Indy is a grail of mine, I don't think I can wait on SS much longer...

I saw this over the holiday weekend with my boys and we were all pleasantly surprised by the movie. It was not the best by any means and comes in as #4 on the list for me, but it was an entertaining popcorn flick. Still on the fence about this figure, but OSK's cost might be pretty comparable seeing I pay at least $20+ for shipping and then another $15-$20 on taxes. I may jump on it from Kit.

I see, thank you for the heads up, Rambler! I think I'll go with OSK then; since the prices are comparable, I might as well treat myself and get the first shipment upgrade!
Honestly, I'm just surprised Ford is in as good a shape as he is in Indy V, that if anything, I personally think the sculpt makes him look older lol

For folks noting that the crown of Indy's hat looks too small on the figure, I suspect it might just be the angle that the pictures are being taken.
On my second viewing of DoD, I noticed quite a few scenes where Indy's hat was framed in a similar way. Some examples:

The same type of thing happened with the Temple of Doom fedora.
Is Sideshow ever going to put this up? I want to use my points to knock the price down on this one but the delay in listing it is a little worrisome. Lol maybe there is some truth to Wor-Gar’s comment.
As far as the movie goes, I was pleasantly surprised. Granted I had super, super low expectations and there was no way it would ever live up to the original 3 for me. I felt that Disney treated Indy’s charcoal better in his send off film than they did Luke in Last Jedi but that is just my opinion.

It took them about 6-8 months I believe to put up the Andrew Spider-Man for preorder. Probably US licensing issues is my guess.

Maybe some angles in the movie, but all angles on the figure make the hat look strangely tall and strangely small (narrow)...
Well, Sideshow Con is July 18-21. I'm starting to think they're waiting for that. But hey, maybe they'll show a PW-B Helena to go with him. No doubt everyone here would be beyond thrilled if that was to happen!
I'd take a Mads 'Voller'
Same here. If they made him I think more people would get old Indy just so they could display them together (especially if it looks like a young Indy isn't coming).
I'm not sure HT will make anything else from this movie, considering the movie isn't performing and HT usually steers clear of that.
Young Ford and Mads would be my preference though if anything further comes out of this.

I'm hoping for a Young Indy with a good headsculpt from HT, so that I don't have to buy a custom sculpt+paint that would cost the same or more than the HT figure itself 
Yeah, I'd love to see a good sculpt of Ford come out of HT (that's not ancient) but I have yet to see that (from any company).
With Yixie having worked with HT in the past AND having done an pretty good Raiders sculpt recently, it would be cool if HT hired them to make a new sculpt for this film. I've been tempted to pick up that sculpt, but also don't want to pay $150 just for an unpainted sculpt
