Thanks. :)

Looks good, but I don't think that is the guitar he uses in the film.

You think HT would have nailed all the little details after spending so long on this.

you're right. also the jeans aren't tight enough. in the movie we could see the tiny mounds of his sugarlumps and schwanzstucker poking through. come on HT!! sor' i' aaaaa'!

I´m working on him, NOT FINISHED YET, but I think the likeness is near...

Alex.

Looking awesome!! I would say maybe take off a little of the cheek...or maybe accentuate the cheek bones a little more...but other than that ...it looks awesome!!!

YAY!! Can't wait to see it finished!! Love all of ur pieces!!! :rock

I can't even find anything on Hot Toys site about this anymore. Did they take down the original announcement? It's not listed under their liceneses either. Not looking good.

Yeah ive looked through all license annoucement's etc and they've taken anything related to inglourious basterds down so i think something fell through.

Ugh, that sounds baaa-aaaad. Sure hope Aldo still comes through.

That would be a sucky deal if they decided against making figures... one of the figures from them I was most looking forward too.

BTW, awesome looking sculpt Alex, one of the best Pitt sculpts I've seen.

The announcement is still on their site. But that's about it. I mean even the newly announced licenses have the little icons on the main page and their own license pages.
But since Inglourious Basterds hasn't, I'm kinda worried that they might have announced things too soon... before a final deal or whatever was made...
I don't know, maybe they don't have the sculpt approval yet. I hope that's just it and that we'll see it soon!

This is defenitely one of their figures I'm really looking forward too!!! :rock :rock :rock

just watched the movie a few days ago, and really dont care HT makes these figures or not. The movie was a total let down. Taratino needs a good editor, pronto.

You can't be serious, how was that movie a let down. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but to call it a let down, cmon you definitely are in the minority. Hans Landa might be one of Tarantinos best characters you had to have liked his roll at least... no?

I have to agree with minivader. I believe the film is WAY overrated. it has a lot of things going for it. It's beautifully shot. There are some really strong performances; some AMAZING dialogue. If you isolate each scene on it's own, they play brilliantly. However, when you see one long conversation after another cut together, it becomes monotonous. Tarantino has always had this problem. He loves to hear the sound of his words so much, that he doesn't know when to edit. Just look at Bill's speech at the end of Kill Bill 2!

Christoph Waltz is absolutely amazing as Hans Landa, but it's not his film. Actually it's hard to figure out who the film is actually about.

If I heard this film as a radio play in several parts, I think it would actually work really well.

Having said all that, I still bought the film on blu ray just so I could skip to my favorite parts ;)

Oh, and I will be buying the Aldo figure if it ever see the light of day.

i thought this film wasnt too bad but youre right it doesnt really focus on anyone as the lead so to say.But Hans Landa was great he was someone ud love to hate just to see what he did next

Honestly I think Tarantino's strongest point is in his talking scenes and usually the most boring scenes are the ones with action.
All of my memorable scenes from this movie are of ones talking , the first being my favorite.

I agree. He's really great at dialogue. I just don't want to see two hours of it back to back; no matter how great it is.
