I could be wrong and am too lazy to go back and actually check, but does anyone remember if InArt said they were interested in Craig’s Jame Bond way back in one of the early Q&A’s? If so, it could be the reason why HT went after it instead.

Didn’t EON strip the license from BCS before they (BCS) went under? Or was it just that EON was difficult to work with?

I actually do remember seeing that a while back that Inart wanted to attempt Craig’s Bond

I honestly thought that I was going to be wrapping up with Hot Toys in the near future. I’m done with Marvel and DC and I feel like the Star Wars figures I’m waiting on aren’t coming.

Man does this change things. Hope they start with Craig. I’m a day one preorder for a Craig Bond. Would be instantly in for a GoldenEye Brosnan too.

Bravo to Hot Toys on this license.

Meh. I don't trust hot toys to do a good job. A few years ago I'd sell my nuts for this line. Now there are better 1/6 companies that would do a better job. Hot toys will probably do a few figures and then abandon the line. I'll definitely buy them if the final products look good but im done preordering from this company.

Am I remembering incorrectly, or didn't BCS run into significant licensing hurdles during their term? Like EON was instructing them what to make, that's why people here were frustrated with the character choices.

I wouldn’t get my hopes up for many things lol.

As long as I can get a Casino Royale Daniel Craig Bond, I’m good.

The Bond people certainly have their preference what gets made in what order, and likely license in that order, but I'm sure those weren't the only problems. BCS had issues with all its licenses.

I can't say I'm feeling excited for anything Bond at this point, but I suppose if they absolutely nail the sculpts I'd be tempted. But of course there's never a guarantee of that with HT.

They’ve been on point a lot more lately than they’ve been off. They so need to nail these though with so many custom options out there for Craig at least. A guy in a suit won’t sell well if that guy isn’t instantly recognizable as Bond.
