After looking at my Justice League Batman for years now and not being happy with it I decided to do something about it. I had done some tweaks before but nothing "fixed it".

The cowl neck isn't wide enough.
The suit is also not textured enough and is shiny.
The symbol is too low on the chest and shiny black and blends in with the suit too easily.

My main issue though has been the body. There's no shape to it, especially the legs. They lack size and definition. The chest looks flat too. I was thinking of getting a BvS body for it but they are rare and expensive. I also don't like how thick and dumpy Tactical Batman is either so I decided to swap the bodies. After doing this it's my opinion they got the bodies the wrong way round. I took all the foam padding from the JL body and transferred it to the Tactical body. Basically, it's the JL torso with the Tactical legs.

Tactical Batman looks pretty much the same. JL Batman however has gained size, definition and shape, mainly on his legs and what a difference it makes.
I've also, blackwashed the belt. Matt blacked the symbol then blackwashed that too. I've padded the neck out and added extra foam to the chest.

Very happy with him now. The symbol is still lacking but he has much more presence. He looks more like Batfleck than he ever has.

At some point, a paint job might be the finishing touch for it.

Here’s my JL Batman. Did some work to him like repainted the belt and corrected the pouches to be more screen accurate. While the stock head wasn’t bad I wanted something that screamed Ben Affleck and this custom sculpt does that for me.

Modifications just don’t stop until he’s perfect 😆View attachment 711895
That looks great!
The symbol has always annoyed me with how this one looked. It was so shiny and low on the chest and had no depth to it. Yours looks much better in the matt black.

Before I got out of 1/6 I had plans to fit the symbol from the BvS suit to this suit. Lift it up slightly and give it that depth the standard one lacks.

How did you get the tactical suit off? The zipper (at least on mine) doesn’t have a tab to pull down.

Yeah, that is a viable option but I haven’t seen anything in 20 years and I was never awesome at it …so I’m a bit scared to attempt it.
I learnt to sew doing my Man of Steel Superman. The worst case scenario is tie a know, pass it back through the material a few times then tie it off.

Yeah I’ll give it a shot. Even if it looks a little messy where I tie it off, at least it will be in the back 😁

Well @T8OO @Gipetto0812 here he is!

I am going to go to Joannes tomorrow and get a simple sewing kit with a strong needle (😁) so I can close up the back.

I am really happy with the legs now, just should not have taken the pic in this lighting. In any case, I may post some more pics later in the Tactical Batsuit thread after I see him up …thanks for the suggestion.
