That Modern Life sculpt doesn't look nearly good enough to justify the price they charge. The paint is nice but the likeness isn't that good. Looks more like Neal McDonough than Cavill.

Agreed, 40$ sculpt we bought days ago has way better likeness imo

I'd love to see photos of the OSK head sculpt on the Justice League body. After seeing it on the OSK website, I've thought about buying the Knightmare/Black Suit two-pack.

I'll be putting the sculpt on my JL Superman immediately, but these days packages from OSK take well over a month when they used to take less than two weeks. I might have mine near the end of April unless things change.

I'll be curious to see how the skin tone between the neck and the head comes out. I was looking at the photos of the OSK head sculpt from the prototype to the final product and I'm wondering if the change is maybe due to a better translation in skin tone?

I don't have the Hot Toys to make any in-person comparisons though so it's just a theory.

Yeah, one of my big concern is the size of the head.
I just received my Hot Toys JL Superman this morning, and I cant stand the stock head. Its too small, makes the figure look pinheaded.
The size of the Xray head looks perfect, but I dont like the angry look.
So currently, my JL Supes is rocking a Man of Steel Head.

Hopefully, someone can post better pics of the OSK head soon. I'm gonna wait before I order.
I will say, it looks much better than I thought. Kinda reminds me of a shrunken down Prime1 1/3 scale JL Supes.

Piffle to any suit design complaints, I prefer it. And as far as figure execution the only thing wrong with it is the colour of the suit being too dark. Everything else is fixable. I wouldn't know what to do with that Superman, just too much wrong.

It's a noticeable difference between head and neck skin tones but I will say that the likeness seems to be a lot closer to Cavill than the Hot Toys.

I prefer the JL Superman to the JL Batman

What method are you using to stand it up?

JL Superman is very pale compared to BvS so I'm sure if there is a skin mismatch OSK head will work on BVS body better.
also that photo is taken with a flash. which always ruins the color so I'm sure it will match like a charm.

I've noticed that as well, the paleness. I know the flash really makes that mismatch stand out compared to natural or indoor lighting.

I took flash photos of the 1/12 head sculpt OSK made for the Mezco One:12 and it flushed out a lot of the detail so I imagine it's very similar for this as well. It also came with a painted neck to go with the head sculpt so it helped the skin matching. Could hardly notice the mismatch chest piece that's connected to the suit/body in natural/indoor lighting.

True, my order is in the middle of nowhere so it will take eternity till I have it. Hope someone will get it soon and bless us with beautiful pictures. I absolutely love that new sculpt , it has a best likeness and love kinda relaxed face, all the Cavill sculpts usually look pretty angry which I don't really like. Might get few more if it is good enough for various customs. I truly want to recreate that lasso scene with Wonder Woman

It’s rumored that discussions are underway about whether the Snyderverse continues on HBO Max. One thing to bear in mind is that there won’t be an announcement unless and until all the actors are signed. That could take a while.
